Anyone who has an account with OpenCaching.com has already agreed to license anything they upload under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License (CC-by-sa) License.
When using data from OpenCaching.com you must attribute the data back to OpenCaching.com. This means, at a minimum, you may not remove the reference to OpenCaching.com.com from the end of any geocache descriptions. If you are not showing geocache descriptions, you need to find another way to attribute the data to OpenCaching.com.com. If you have questions about what is required, ask us.
